Black Homeownership in Our Peer Metros
So far, we have learned that the Louisville and Atlanta MSAs have performed well in comparison to their housing stability peers in terms of their home-buying affordability gaps and homeownership rates. Louisville landed at second place for both the former and the latter, while Atlanta landed at second for the former and third for the latter. But what about Black homeownership? Will the current pattern continue or will something change with respect to how Louisville and Atlanta have been performing among their peers?
