Neighborhood Datasets
Curated & Contextualized
The Basics
Our Neighborhood Datasets are designed to answer fundamental questions about the interwoven relationship between neighborhoods, household residents, and their surrounding metropolitan areas. We build these datasets using two frameworks: our Housing Stability Framework and our Core Socioeconomic Realities Framework.
The Frameworks & Datasets
Housing Stability Framework
This framework identifies housing stability as the ability of household residents to afford market-rate housing costs and enjoy low turnover in their neighborhoods.

Core Socioeconomic Realities Framework
This framework is focused on the core socioeconomic measures at the neighborhood level. We make additional tiers of data available to provide more context on the social characteristics of neighborhood residents and other neighborhood features.
