Our Founder/Principal has been fascinated by urban neighborhood dynamics since around 2003, sparked by his college bookstore purchase of the unassigned text American Apartheid. This enduring passion culminated into his dissertation and lives on in our commitment to provide policy-relevant research that breaks new ground and informs pathways toward greater equity.
